HOLIDAY SEASON REMINDERS:
Our holiday deadline date can be found as a banner on the home page. If you order on or before this date we guarantee to send out your package in time for Christmas. Some exceptions can be made--please reach out to us with questions!
We guarantee to SHIP your order with enough time for USPS or UPS to deliver by Xmas (according to their shipping deadlines). This does not absolutely guarantee you'll get it in time. Delay's do happen at USPS/UPS. If your package is delayed please reach out to your local post office to inquire about your package with the tracking number you were provided with. In most cases, packages are not delayed, but this is a reminder that it does happen and sadly we cannot do anything about it once it leaves our shop.

Regardless if you purchased a PERSONALIZED item, I personally guarantee that this will be your BEST PICTURE FRAME you've ever purchased. If for any reason in the first 30 Days you feel it hasn't lived up to the hype, you can send them back for a refund. Shipping is not refunded.
I guarantee we will spell any name you give us correctly as well! If for any reason we make a mistake in spelling (it happens), just take a picture of the mistake and call us at 262-200-0011 and we will immediately send out the correct item at no cost to you. And we will apologize for the error because we know what a pain that can be.
If we make any any mistakes what so ever, we will fix the error at no cost to you and do so ASAP! We want you to be 100% satisfied and think of us as the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE you've ever received in your life!
If for any reason your product arrives damaged, just take a picture of the damage as well as the box and give us a call at 262-200-0011 (we'll answer the phone, don't worry). We just need you to email the pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will immediately fix the situation and if necessary send out a replacement ASAP.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund (shipping excluded) or exchange the product for something of equal value.
You can return any product, EVEN PERSONALIZED products for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt you received in your email confirmation.
In the event of damage to a product caused during the shipping process, please notify us immediately (no later than 14 days from the date of purchase) and include a picture for our verification. Once we receive the picture we will immediately fix the situation with whatever means necessary to make sure you are 100% satisfied.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders shipping within the United States. All international order will be charged standard international shipping rates.
Production is 3-5 business days. Shipping is 1-5 business days depending on location.

International order ship via USPS International Priority Mail and take 6-10 business days.
We (Northland Frames and Gifts Inc) are NOT responsible for the package after it leaves our shop for shipping. Missing packages are not included in priority mail insurance--only damage. If your package tracking says "delivered" and you don't have it, please wait an additional two to three days to see if it shows up. If it does not, please contact your local post office ASAP.
If you have damage to your frame please contact us within 14 days with pictures of the damage including any broken glass, damage to products AND pictures of the box. We will then be able to replace your product.
